Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Senior Smiles program is exclusively available to senior citizens aged 65 and above.

Program Hours: The program is operational on weekdays only, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Transportation Reimbursement: Participants are eligible for transportation reimbursement up to $30 for travel to and from our dental facility. Reimbursement will be paid as an adjustment towards the cost of treatment. If the treatment cost is zero, no reimbursement can be offered. Reimbursement will be provided based on actual expenses incurred or up to $30, whichever is lower. The Transportation Reimbursement policy is subject to change at the discretion of Kokua Smiles.

Benefits and Services: The Senior Smiles program offers priority appointments, free consultations, direct access to Kokua Smiles Silver Payment Plan, complimentary dental cleanings, special discounts and offers on dental procedures, anxiety-free dental care, and more. Benefits and services may be subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.

Senior smiles program and silver plan offered under the same are NOT insurance.

Enrollment: Participation in the Senior Smiles program requires enrollment through Kokua Smiles. To enroll, individuals must contact us during program hours to schedule their first appointment and gain access to program benefits.

Termination: Kokua Smiles reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Senior Smiles program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants will be notified accordingly.

Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to modification or amendment by Kokua Smiles at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.

By enrolling in the Senior Smiles program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
